The application process for the PV19 Fund is similar to most other scholarships offered by various organizations. In order to be considered for the scholarship, a student must submit a transcript, two references from teachers, and the application itself. The application consists of standard background questions and the essay portion of the application. The essay can either be in written or video form. The application window opens on March 4 and closes on April 30. Those selected for final interviews will be notified and interviews will take place in May. The committee will reach a final decision by the end of May.

NO. You don't have to be accepted yet to a school by the time you apply. You just need to have an intent to pursue higher education following graduation from Park View.
